I am sorry you are having hip pain along with everything else!

You mentioned that your hip has similar pain to your RSD foot and others. Do you mind sharing in more detail what type of pain(s) you are having? It could be compensatory just like with your knee especially if your gait is off even in the slightest. Bursitis is common in the hip - some find relief from this by placing a pillow between the legs while sleeping. Massage therapy can be very helpful for hip pain that is not of a mechanical origin - you would just need to let the massage therapist know about your CRPS areas that are sensitive to touch before hand.
