Oh, I thought it was spine related or spinal column issue.

I'm sure the drs asked all these questions below already...or observed them..
the images alone don't give us much to go on..

Where is the mass located?
more to the front of neck, side under the ears, above Adams apple or below?
hot or tender to touch?
soft /squishy or firm?
can you see it bulging out or mostly internal?


You could google similar images and try to pin point a match that way?
