I had to switch up to the gum. The patch was giving me a rash. Took off a couple months between stopping the patch and starting gum. Chewing 1MG a day for last week and a half, and will stay that way for as long as I can then move up to 2MG.

I did the patch for couple months. Noticed after I quit the patch left arm has tightened up some. Right side tremor is showing up more often as well. Will update on gum affects if it starts helping or not.
