Hi,
I have had many and have not found them painful or uncomfortable at all. I did ask my primary care doc because I had also heard horror stories....his answer was, some docs are poorly trained and/or have with old equipment and they are the ones who give the test a bad name...he said, .if you go to a reputable doc that was recommended by your doc and they have good credentials, there should not be a problem with pain.

Honestly, I was surprised at how easy it was. Obviously, some folks have had problems with pain but I just wanted to give you some positive news.

Welcome to the forum and I wish you an easy, pain free test and I hope it gives you info that is useful. Take care, Diandra
