Sorry you are having so many kidney stones on top of RSD, that has to hurt!

I do not have kidney stones, but I have Interstitial Cystitis (chronic bladder pain syndrome). My urogynocologist has me focusing on low oxalate foods and following a special IC diet. When I was researching the low oxalate diet, I saw where a lot people that avoid high oxalates were doing it for kidney stones. Not sure if that would help you or not, just putting it out there.
