Sexual activity involves a physical effort no different from other common physical activities we do outside the bedroom. If your recovery has not progressed to the point where you can handle moderate levels of exertion, don't except anything different in the bedroom. Patience is a virtue in mTBI recovery (that applies to both you and your partner!).
