Yeah, the car accident caused me to have bulging disks...

But the muscle twitching I experience is very weird and random... like a muscle in my leg one day and then in my back the next... it's happened in my pubis region as well... it's very strange - I suspect that it has to do with metabolism dysfunction that is caused by hormonal deficiencies... but only time will tell...

My chiropractor recently recommended that I take magnesium to help mitigate it.
