Hi Renee, try not to freak out honey.I have GERD too and have learnd how to monitor my food to feel better. Is it possible you went a bit overboard with foods you couldnt eat for so long due to gallbladder issue? You mentioned bacon and milk - I can't eat either one of those! Get back to basics - lots of unprocessed plant foods. Feel better soon ~Lottie
