Hi
Although I don't have an official diagnosis of MG, I've had hideous eustachian tube problems in both ears now for nearly two years. At its worst I felt like I had a balloon blown up in each ear and it affected my balance so badly I was falling.
The pressure was so great in each ear that both ear drums had inverted and could be seen by my GP just looking into them.
I've been treated with steroid nasal sprays and antihistamines. My condition has slowly improved as at one point I was facing the prospect of having gromits inserted.
I still have problems and my right ear still isn't 100% . I was told that mine had been caused by Ehlers Danlos syndrome - which I have which was causing the eustachian tubes to be floppy. However its incredibly interesting to see that many of you with MG suffer with the same thing.

Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome,Post Prandial Hypotension, Orthostatic Intolerance, Arrythmia, unstable blood pressure, severe autonomic nervous system dysfunction ,Ehlers Danlos Syndrome Type 3,Gastroparesis,IBS,Hidradenitis supprativa
And Myasthenia is still a possible diagnosis depending on which Dr I see.
