Starting to wonder if this is costochondritis or intercoastal neuritis. This is inflammation of the nerves between the ribs.

Considering that I've been rolling around on a the floor with my chest pounded into a softball multiple times daily for a couple months I could have irritated these rib nerves.

Would be so me.

I move so aggressively to solve one problem that I cause another.

If that's it, it is harmless and should be cured by rest and anti inflammatories. Will give it another day or two assuming things don't get worse.
