Feeling great and just got back from a 5 day trip to Asheville, NC including a long hike through the Blue Ridge Mountains. Waterfalls, trails, etc....

Starting running this week too, on a treadmill to start.

No pain, just sore from all the exercise!

No looking back now!!!
