I'm not sold on ALCAT at all, and it's not really necessary for doing an elimination diet (The Specific Carbohydrate Diet (SCD) is another) and/or identifying food triggers.

All I can say is that the ALCAT testing is working for me. I have accidental ingested different things on my NoNo list and I started hurting. I am just happy to start living a normal life.
