Several Different types of Head Pain
I experience different head pain. Sometimes I feel like a tight head pressure in the top like you are wearing a small cap. I have stabbing pains in my head. I have pins and needle pain. I have the back of my head being sore so that lying on my pillow hurts.
I also have a lot of issues with my ears, ringing, sore ears that feel like they should pop. Similar to being on a plane.
I have never link a certain pain with an activity. One doctors says the ear pain and discomfort is coming form my neck.

MVA March 2012 pcs, post traumatic vision syndrome, convergence insufficiencies, vision mid line shift syndrome, gaze stabilization and vision tracking. Fatigue, headaches and sore eyes are main issues.
Current activities: chiro, massage, prism glasses, vision therapy, yoga, meditation, aquafit classes and rest.....
