I am currently still using the patches, on my fingers... as I have some inflammation there lately. I cut these into thin strips for 3 fingers so I can bend them.
Having read the two posts about Salonpas Deep Relieving gel, I placed an amazon.com order. So far it seems to be helping--actually reduces the redness and some of the burning. THANKS for the tip.
