Hi Eddie,

I think they would more likely say something like, "May cause insomnia/agitation/jitteriness... etc."

Generally, I'm loath to suggest taking something (which may have its own list of adverse/side effects) just to counteract the adverse/side effects of a primary medication—it just seems like such a slippery slope.

Would it be possible/practical to cut down/eliminate any/some of the meds that are causing the problem? That would be my first/preferred choice.

Are you seeking something for frequent/regular or just occasional use?

My initial thoughts run to something like caffeine or caffeine alternatives though I would tread carefully and research thoroughly before getting too involved; some herbal remedies/solutions can be problematical in their own rights.
