Default trampolines

are dangerous IMO. One form of exercise that works for me is the elliptical.
No difficulty for impact.

Water exercise also is good.

But trampolines cause alot of injuries...so consider that factor.

Someone in good shape with good balance may be able to handle one.
But someone with medical issues? NOPE...

Beware of trainer advice...some trainers are ...well... I won't say it.
