hi,thanks all.the conclusion at the bottom of lettewr says,spinal canal stenosis from c3 to c5 level,more so at c4/5 level due to a large posterior disc osteophytic protrution.the spinal cord at this level is thinned with high signal intensity on t2 sequences inkeeping with chronic myelopathy.i have constant pain which eases a little when i lie flat.pins and needles in hand feet,hands claw and toe cramps my left knee gives way pain is in the top neck and low back.a great deal of weight loss tiredness all the time,cant walk far without pain.elbow pain no strengh in arms or legs,legs and feet getting worse
