I had a horrible bradykinin overload attack on that lisinopril... ACE inhibitor. It was actually making my BP go up, with the stress/swelling and pain it was causing me. I am now controlled with a small dose of beta blocker daily + the magnesium lotion.
I have hereditary angioedema, and cannot metabolize the bradykinin away like other people.
