That is great you had such a quick response. If you continue, and are also using blood pressure drugs or beta blockers, you may see a decline in blood pressure...so monitor that.
wow! very encouraging articles!

i am going to see if i had any tests which measured mag levels & if there were any deficiencies. i am scheduled to see a new cardio & hopefully, she's amenable to supplementation. to date, not one of the many cardios has been in favor of anything "outside the box."
