Sounds like you need to have that tooth extracted..
Plus being on antibiotics while pregnant, you need anti fungals.
You most likely won't get the prescription ones, so use oregano oil, olive leaf extract, una de gato, devils claw. Switch off of 1 after 2 weeks as the fungas gets used to the same one.
