Default Is there any extra testing that I should ask for at my annual check-up with my GP?

I was just recently diagnosed with MG and I am about to make an appointment for my annual physical check-up with my 'general practitioner' who I have been seeing for many years. She usually checks my weight, breathing, blood pressure, urinalysis, and basic blood work that includes cholesterol.

Besides the 'normal blood work' I have done each year, is there any extra lab work etc. that I should request?

Background: [I was diagnosed January 2014 with Myasthenia Gravis. I am AChR antibody positive, esotropic strabismus with diplopia, and ptosis around my right eye brow and eye lid. I'm taking 60mg Pyridostigmine Bromide 3 times a day, which really helps my double vision and corrects my crossed eye.]

THANKS :-)
