mine are rarely simulataneously. Its usually just my left foot. When I have them in both legs its usually from taking something or eating something that has upset it. Are you on any medications that you could try not takin gfor a few days? I got bad reactions to all kinds of meds that they said aren't suppose to cause nuero problems. Bad reactions from cymbalta, any proton pump inhibitors, vitamins that had zinc in them, vitamins with b6 in them......
