We're all different and my situation is very different from yours...BUT...if it were me in YOUR situation...I would go ahead with the blocks. It sounds as though you are still getting relief from them...it's just the length of time that's not as long as in the past. I would talk to the doctor about doing a series of blocks with less time in between and see if that's an option...giving the meds a chance to build up in your system for a more lasting effect.

I can't do the blocks...experienced spread after one...but that is incredibly rare. You are very lucky to have a treatment that is working for you and if I were you...I would keep at it. What are the other treatment options that you're considering if you stop the blocks?
