You chaps are so kind...

The comfry salve is something I've heard of before, and I'm a bit if a herb gal myself - I'd love to know a receipt for it if you have one Adalaide.

My knee is ok so far thanks catra, I've been up and about a lot today and it's holding out alright, just a bit stiff feeling. The creaking and grinding has not been prominent enough for me to hear anything during normal use, so I'm thinking that was just a morning protest after the night before lol .

I'm very happy if it made you laugh - the best way for me to get all that frustration and annoyance out is to write it down! If someone else gets a smile out of it, then it was worth every moment. We all suffer such a lot, and a smile is worth a lot with CRPS. And krow46, you're right, the distraction of it was very helpful at the time.

Hugs to all

Bram.
