Hi
Sorry to hear about you struggles.
I wanted to weigh in with the weird like, in a dream symptoms .
I too had these at the start of my injury. I too also sufferd with major anxiety and panic attacks. So I understand in part what you may be experience .
It is very hard to explane feelings to people.

I am 22 months in and thought like you I would never recover, but improvements started around 3 months and slowly carried on.
I had therapy for my anxiety and took up yoga and meditation .
Like you I do not like medication.
It is a long slow process to heal but is very very slow and you must listen to your body when it tells you to rest and slow down.

You will get very good advise here but please be patient and try to relax and go with the flowZ

Good luck in your healing
