So sorry you've joined the "Pain Club" Sally. I know what you mean about the different possibilities -- age???? NAH!! 60's are still "spring chickens" these days!!!! Having lived with fibromyalgia for around 12 years, I know pain. After trying narcotics, NSAIDS, etc., etc., etc., I've found 2 Aleve every 12 hours works as good as anything with maybe a couple Tylenol on extra bad days. Seems like all of them just take the edge off.

Weather plays a big part with me, change of seasons, hot, humid, rainy, cold, damp -- the past couple days have been beautiful but for some reason my pain level has been through the roof.

Ain't life fun???!!!
