Well seen the urologist again, and he said nuthin really can be done diet wise since I have already changed the diet for the RSD. But he did say One glass of lemonade a day will help to change the chemicals in the kidney. Wont stop them, but will reduce the size. I will take that LOL!!

So lots of water, and one glass of lemonade a day. Sounds fair enough!
