RSD has played havoc with my blood pressure. Pain elevates your blood pressure. From the research I've done it is quite common.

I also believe I read here or somewhere that it does cause problems with teeth. I believe it has some relation to calcium... not positive though.

I have no advice or info on the stones. Hope you are feeling better soon.
