Default Geeze I'm Opposite

Everyone here is right on.

My internal body thermometer likes the cold
Probably due to the fact that when initially injured they gave me drugs
I couldn't handle the drugs driving to work and then putting in a full day on drugs.
How dumb was that?
I started using ice almost immediately at work and home with drugs only at night.
Using the cool pool for range of motion helped.

Remember when I had to call 911 a couple of weeks ago cause I couldn't breathe?
Sounds dumb but it aint, right?
I'd call in a heart beat rather than down drugs.
The muscle spasms tighten up like an octopus strangling our body parts.
The ER will give morphene to loosen up the muscles
Thats when hubby found me a PT immeditaely to get my muscles range of motion going again.
It sure helped even though the pain resurfaces upon function.
My symptoms are from head to numb toes with sciatica, burning right elbow, pain in hands, wrists, arms, deltoids, pecs, arm pits, shoulders, traps, neck, ears, TMJ, eyes, legs, etc...

Pre surgery my body parts went from hot throbbing to ice cold.
Back and forth
It was irritating.
Now its mostly hot throbbing, swelling.
When it does get ice cold...that means there is no circulation flowing.

DEFINITELY, Shells get out Sharon Butler's book
Purchase Edgelows protocol
And keep the body moving like a dolphin in the ocean 24/7.
Keep up your breathing patterns
Breathe, breathe and breathe some more

Even though the hottie firemen were at my beckon call
I'd rather not have to call 911
So I'm deligently on another PT program.
