Well, I contacted MSActive Source, Right Source Pharmacy and my Neuro's office.
I was on the phone for 86 minutes (per my phone timer) yesterday afternoon and spoke to approximately seven different people. After all that phone time I was exhausted and more confused than before I started!
I'm not going to call anyone else. They can sort this all out and, if they want to help me stay on this medicine, they can let me know when to expect the next shipment. I. Am. Done.
