I just returned from five days in Jamaica and I have a sun rash. I have had it before but I faithfully used an SPF 70 product this time and tried to stay out of the direct sun.

We will need to go to a different area where there is more protection with cabanas each day. I also have huge mosquito and/or bug bites because I am allergic to shellfish and the sand-crabs cause a reaction when they bite me.

But the vacation was great otherwise.
