Hey Di! If it were me and it was starting to spread, I would get the block right away...nip it!! The chances of the block working would be better now then waiting unitl it is more pronounced. Because it took forever to find a doctor to diagnose my spread correctly and actually agree with doing the blocks, they didn't help me
