About the LSB,I had 7 in 2012,dr decided to do it right away after he noticed crps spreading from my foot to my whole leg,only problem was, he sent me to work next day,my job required bending,pulling,carried,reaching stuff and sudden turns,so they did not work for a longer period,I think if I knew that before I would ask days off after but that's in the past,if you get than,I keep telling you guys,REST!RELAX!AVOID to MOVE Too much until you are totally recover!!!!! Sorry to insist,happen to me I wish they work for you,and continue keeping the faith,you will be fine soon, blessing to you and you family from Jesika
