Doc is exactly right. The itching is normal. A pain in the neck, but still normal. The rash is when it becomes a problem. Til you get used to the Keppra (it's a really great drug and I'd have like to continue but I got that rash), try take less hot showers and use hypoallergenic moisturizers (non-perfumed types).
