Sorry about the pain. Having had 10 years of it, my first dose of Baclofen meant that I slept for the first night in years. I woke the next morning, got up and made a coffee and my eyes welled with tears I was so grateful for the relief.

JMO but is it possible you are having spasticity? Maybe your neuro should be involved just in case...

Incidently I read this week that age 70 is now the old age 50. I have 70 something friends that can run circles around me.
