Ah, so I may as well just continue taking my supplements. I might buy a box for on-the-go snacking (I find that I get extremely exhausted when I'm out running errands), but I don't think that I'll be eating them daily.

I've noticed that KIND bars tend to give me a quick energy boost (I like the Dark Chocolate and Sea Salt) when I'm drained. Could just be a placebo effect, but sometimes I eat one and actually have the energy to write a full article for one of my clients about 10 minutes later. KIND bars are gluten free and mostly made from nuts, if anybody is interested.
