I am a heavy user of Android devices. I use the tablet and phone, and actually dictating this posting on my phone. The nice thing is that I can do this while laying on my side right now. My most comfortable position is also reclining so we invested in a nice recliner and I put my tablet upon a lap station and simply dictate when doing any typing. I did use dragon on Windows for a while and it works well but I find the free built in speech recognition on Android to work wonderfully. I have also used the small Wireless keyboards that you can type with just your thumbs. That does ok for me at times as well, especially if it's typing something more complicated with numbers and such or I am around other people and don't want to dictate in front of everyone.
