Welcome to NeuroTalk. Your MRI report is too technical for most of us. Maybe Canadoc will see your post and can respond.
Have you had any physical therapy for your TMJ ? I had a badly locked up TMJ and my PT did an 'in the mouth' pressure point/myofacial release. It really helped. I also did slow manual stretches to get my mouth open. I went from just one finger width to 2 1/2 finger's width over time.
