For the past 3 months or so I've limited my self to cauliflower, broccoli, onions, spinach and chicken and a little bit of fruit now and then. I know it sounds real restrictive and it is, but you have to give your gut, liver and brain time to heal. Another reason its so restrictive is I'm limiting the amount of foods containing glutamate and aspartate. This is just what I've decided to do, it works for me, I want to be careful and not suggest this "has to be done". The bottom line is, you have to find what works for you.
