Your symptoms scream of neuropathey, unfortunately. Your Doc cant diagnose you because he doesn't know how. You need to see a neurologist pretty soon so you can try and get a diagnosis for starters and then try to find the cause.

One episode of a big drink wont give you permanent Nueropathy but I suspect you may have been a solid drinker on a regular basis? I was and have alcoholic Nuero myself
