Mari, say a prayer something shows up that helps my doctors. My meds are working, but they remain a bit perplexed why. I don't want the have epilepsy but as you say, the docs can learn from a sleep study and hopefully solidify an actual diagnosis. I'm guessing EEG is normal for a sleep study or does the dr have to request it especially? (Pray my insurance approves too...)
