Every branch of my family had migraines since time began. We were experts at pills. I can remember my grandmother and great grandmother with their pill boxes. We had bottles of codeine and were experts on ever make of pill.

I moved to a place with lots of weather pressure changes and my migraines became unbearable and so I did more research and found the book Heal your Headache by Buchholz. I cut out all of the foods he suggested (admittedly it is a long list) and completely ended my migraines. It was miraculous.

Amazing how little doctors are trained in nutrition and how "take this pill" is not the only way to heal people of debilitating conditions.
