Is your computer a Apple/ MAC or a PC?
Do you need beginner lessons?
Windows XP or Vista or other operating system?

for now I'm guessing that it's a PC with Win XP or Vista as the operating system-
I think I found some good ones for starters- free

If these aren't what you need let me know and I'll find some more for you.

Her's the main link showing how I did the search terms to find the sites-

Maybe a neighbor or relative? could come over and give you some basic lessons.

but most times as long as you don't delete anything or move any files around you can't really hurt it.
- if you get stuck anywhere just close it down/push the reset button or turn it off and then restart it.
Sometimes my parents will need to restart theirs 2 x then it will start up properly. They have a older computer with Win 98.
Sometimes they get stuck and call me so I can talk them thru the problem and most times we can get it figured out.
If not then I go down the next day usually and fix it up.
