I had the same jaw/ear thing going on too. Developed about a month after the incident and lasted about a month as well. Only thing that ever relieved it was a self massage and breathing in steam (just stayed in the hot shower without fan on for a loooong time) finally one morning my ear started leaking fluid and a few days later it was gone! Not sure if I shouldve looked into it farther but its gone, so im content.
