I have headaches neck head shoulder pain have not been able to wear a bra in over a year and tender abdomen nothing constricting at all not even snug ..like the bra it may star out ok but within 5 minutes I can't stand the pressure and pain. My lower back hurts and my right leg and foot mostly the foot can keep me up nights I am taking tylenol #3 and have had months of physio.. may have to go back it helped but did not fix anything... if I go back I will try a different place. I tried a chiropractor first who would not touch me.. maybe trying that again now that I am healed some would be an idea.. thoughts?
