This discussion is very interesting for me given that one of my main symptoms is pressure. I feel it working out as well as after concentration, but I've also noticed it increasing at times when I otherwise might not be able to explain it. For example, I had a string of 3 really good days (this past Fri, Sat, and Sun). Yesterday, though (Monday), I was feeling ok for the most part until late at night - which is when we started to get rain and storms in my part of the midwest. This was associated with a decrease in barometric pressure and increase in humidity, and it dipped a bit lower today before coming up to the same as yesterday. Similarly, I've had the sensation of needing to pop my ears and being generally unequalized all day today. I'm too much of a scientist to think that these are enough data points for me to draw any conclusions, but it's something I'll be paying attention to in the future.

All of that said, has anyone found any ways to deal with barometric pressure changes - apart from moving? I'm seeing an ENT in a few weeks on the referral of my neurologist, who doesn't seem to have an explanation for why this is happening.
