All of the new regs sound wonderful but it doesn't mean that their approval rate at the first step will improve. We can only hope.

In the meantime, thousands of people like me, who have already been waiting for a year or longer, are stuck in the 2nd stage or "the soon to be gone" Appeals Process. Why didn't they start will clearing out the oldest first instead of the new files?? Answer: Because it was easier.

If anyone else is stuck in the Appeals Process, you have my sympathy.
