I always thought I was a night owl til I had a job that started 7 am, for awhile. That's when I discovered I wasn't a true night owl, just a person who thrived getting up around 430am...and when I slept, it was well, which my shift work never allowed. I wonder how many others like me might be out there, thinking they are born night owls but who really are better off being in bed at 830 pm and up at 430 am?
