I have found that accuweather.com is a great resource. You put in your local area and there is a place where you can put in different types of forecasts, for example: allergies, aches & pains, etc. There is a migraine tab you can add. For me it's accurate a little over half the time, but I think everyone's response to pressure changes is different. However, I now know when the weather is going to change with a front coming through, I should plan a lighter day just in case, that way if I get a migraine, it doesn't ruin my whole day as I've already planned on it.

Thanks for this! Knowing it's coming can at least make it less of a surprise, and I imagine it will be less stressful for me if I know what is causing the symptom. I'm glad it helps you!
