About 1000 feet of elevation change seems to help barometric change for me. Also, have thought that swimming, hiking with poles, etc, can help because of the arm/shoulder movement. Not sure if this is just therapy for the muscles involved or if it physically releases some head pressure from the movement. Then again, maybe it is just the increased oxygen and blood flow from the exercise?
